Since we first launched ICPA, we’ve been passionate about providing accountants and bookkeepers with the support and resources they need to remain compliant, stay up-to-date with industry changes, and to grow.

Over the recent months, we’ve been busy working on making ICPA membership benefits even more relevant and tailored than ever before. As a result, we’re pleased to announce a raft of ICPA new products, offering even better professional support for accountants than ever.

After months of negotiation with existing partners and the creation of brand new partnerships, we’re excited to announce four enhanced ICPA new products, which replace our previous membership options. These are:

• ICPA Lite: Our entry-level package, offering technical support, Tolley Library access, our ICPA Documentation Toolkit and non-personalised marketing support.
• ICPA Pro: All of the benefits of ICPA Lite, on-demand digital training, plus £300,000 of professional indemnity cover.
• ICPA Premium: Our top-tier membership package, with enhanced accountant insurance (including office protection), tax fee protection, personalised marketing support and an HR manager service.
• ICPA Essentials: Designed for accountancy and bookkeeping start-ups, this package includes all of the essential products, support and resources needed to stay up-to-date and compliant.

As well as four ICPA new products, our members can also enjoy brand new benefits (membership package-dependent), including:

• Management Liability Protection: Providing up to £2m of coverage for directors and officers – including legal protection.
• Office Protect: Comprehensive business protection for ICPA Premium members.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance: Enhanced accountant insurance with coverage now ranging from £100K to £500K, depending on membership level.

There are now four ICPA membership levels, each tailored to meet the varying needs of our accountant and bookkeeper members.

Our Lite Membership package is our most affordable option, and includes access to technical advice and support, as well as the Elements and Fundamentals menus from the Tolley Tax Library. It also features our new ICPA Documentation Toolkit and marketing materials. It’s the perfect solution for ICPA members looking for our core set of resources without any add-ons.

Access Technical Support for Your Practice

Those who choose our Pro Membership package will enjoy all the benefits of the Lite package, as well as additional resources. These include not only enhanced support options for growing accountancy and bookkeeping practices, but also on-demand training, as well as £300,000 of professional indemnity insurance, provided by A-rated insurer AXA.

Our top tier of membership is our Premium Membership package. Ideal for more established practices, it includes a whole raft of additional benefits such as £500,000 of professional indemnity insurance, our Office Protect cover, additional telephone support options, personalised marketing support and access to the Bubul marketing portal. Premium members also enjoy tax fee protection included within their membership, as well as our new HR Manager service.

For accountancy or bookkeeping start-ups seeking mid-level protection, our Essentials Membership has been created with your specific needs in mind. This package is designed to ensure you are supported, up-to-date and compliant and includes all of the benefits of the Lite package, in addition to essential compliance tools, tax fee protection and £100,000 of professional indemnity insurance cover.

Starting from just £59 per month, these membership packages offer significant discounts on purchasing all of their elements separately – and mean that you can reduce the number of suppliers you juggle. We’ve worked hard over recent months to create these new ICPA membership levels, combining existing member benefits with brand new products to give our members peace of mind, access to technical expertise and compliance support – as well as additional services like our HR manager service and insurance options.
